JACK-O-LANTERN SPECTACULAR
Please join us for the 5th Annual Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular—already a Fall family tradition for many! This event is a fund-raiser for the Rees Carillon. Come see the area around the Carillon and the Washington Park Botanical Garden surrounded by over 2,000 illuminated hand-carved Jack-O-Lanterns, featuring the carving talents of area residents, artists and District 186 students. The 2009 event will include Park & Ride shuttle from SHG West campus, a Tree of Lights, and food vendors.

11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. FREE EVENT!
Please come help us scoop and carve pumpkins for the Jack-O-Lantern event!
Everyone in the community is invited to carve-- artists, families, groups, classes, organizations, and individuals! Bring your favorite patterns and scooping and carving tools to this free event.
We supply the pumpkins.

Pumpkin give-away on Sunday, October 18, 2009. 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Help us find homes for the carved pumpkins! Pumpkins are free—but donations are appreciated.
